The Swift Creek Arts and Crafts Gallery is located in the "doll house" across from the Court House at 25 North Washington Street in downtown Campton, KY. The Gallery offers a venue for local and regional artists to show, demonstrate, and sell their work. The Gallery is open on Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 9:00 throughout the summer coinciding with "Music in the Park." It is also open during "Christmas on Swift Creek," the Swift Silvermine Festival, and by appointment. The Gallery is closed during the winter.

The Swift Creek Gallery has over twenty-five artists and crafters displaying and selling their work. Since the gallery charges the artist a very small commission (10 - 15%) prices to the public are dramatically reduced compared to other stores.

Periodically, we offer our "Hands-On Appalachia" events at the Gallery. Activities include classes in traditional Appalachian dulcimer, basket making, soap making, candle making, and other mountain crafts.

Artist membership fees are $15 per year. We add a very modest 15% commission to your asking price for items under $100. For items over $100, we add a 10% commission. As you know, most places double your asking price. The reason we can do this is because the owners of the building, Reva Terrill and Carol Jean Jett, are not charging rent. Thank you, Reva and Carol Jean.
